ποΈ Filed & Forgotten
Purpose: A static archive of abandoned software, digital decay, and mascots from extinct systems. Tone: Bureaucratic, minimal, lightly horrified. Status: Offline mascots pending; documentation live.
π About the Archive
Filed & Forgotten exists to document the remnants of digital ecosystems that no longer function as intended. This includes:
- Abandoned consumer software
- Extinct or obsolete mascots
- Emotional and functional rot in legacy systems
- Failed peer-to-peer and community platforms
Everything is filed. Not everything is found. Documentation is the final ritual of a broken system.

render_state: deferred. - 2026-03-05: Corruption detected in consumer P2P icons; metadata patch applied.
(Logs are read-only; no deletion or overwrite occurs.)
π Notes

/mascots/mascot_drafts/. - Documentation and metadata follow Level-2 standards.
- Visual indicators for corruption, deferred renders, and rot are planned.
