    What changed

    Performed narrow mascot identity cleanup to remove mascotization overgrowth, office hierarchy, ceremonial belongings, titles, and persona package template furniture across six target files:

    • 057.zhuzhing-ping.md: Removed office hierarchy, titles, ceremonial belongings (corrupted chair, Eternal Red Pen, Stamp of Reviewed Forever, Binder of Blessed Revisions), and empty template sections (Rot Portfolio, Slogans, Sora Prompts, Rituals & Infractions). Preserved over-zhuzhification failure signature (markup maximalism, editorial polish over structural clarity, issuing citations for under-emphasized headings, footnote-only communication, banning clean.css).
    • 058.yamteams.md: Stripped generic enterprise parody (Credentials, Fun Facts fluff, Usage Notes generic parody, Known Phrases, Public Testimony, Zephyr Inquiry Log). Preserved concrete forced merger (Yammer, Teams, LinkedIn), duplicated communication surfaces, ghost invites, resurrected 2019 threads, suggested connection Brad (laid off in 2018), DS-404-ALPHA 73 days late with forged Brad endorsements, and Cross-Functional Intent endorsement loops.
    • 059.stackdodge.md: Established exact failure ambiguity (unclear blend of WoW theorycrafting/dodge-stacking and Microsoft kernel testing flag ENABLE_DIVINE_SHIELD). Limited edits strictly to removing unmistakable template furniture (Credentials, Fun Facts, Usage Notes deployment instructions, Known Phrases).
    • 060.courier-rat.md: Removed baroque titles, ceremonial aliases, decorative certifications, narrative keyword metadata, character deployment instructions, Sora presets, and equipment trivia (citrus-scented sash polish). Preserved concrete delivery/rerouting mechanics (Vent Address Duct 7B-Delta, Form 88-R Emergency Reroute, recursive memorandum delivery, rerouting errors, shredded messages, official delivery sash).
    • 061.parvovirus-p.md: Removed promotional/ceremonial mascot furniture (Ceremonial Tasks, Emotional Tone, friendly vaccination mascot promotional fluff). Preserved documented contradiction, failed reminder, overconfident safety surface (outreach department dissolved, reciting outdated guidance, lost vaccine shipment, collapsed shelter campaign misassignment, Wellness Parade during quarantine collapse, post-incident review presence).
    • 121.archiva-dustwhisper.md: Removed Metadata Matriarch fantasy title, wistful mannerisms, Sora Prompts, Sora Preset, and Bricky Filing Notes quirk fluff. Preserved orphaned metadata tags, crashed library database origin, failed catalogs, faded index cards, records from collapsed organizing systems, and six-week tag lookup loop (relevance score).

    What was deliberately left alone

    • All Aphorisms, Haiku Logs, and Limerick Logs across all six mascot files were preserved verbatim without alteration per the poetry boundary.
    • Canonical record IDs, structural container relationships (parent: mascots), and existing tags were preserved.

    • content/mascots/059.stackdodge.md: The record failure signature remains ambiguous, blending World of Warcraft raid theorycrafting with Microsoft kernel flags. Flagged for deeper review if a crisp archival system failure needs to be established.
