Concentrated cultivar identities directly on verified archival and process failures: patient record misclassification, illegible compliance smudging, metadata clouding/fragmentation/amplification, and audit delay.
Retained 211.apex-goldbricker.md intact as a benchmark mascot for maximum effort-signaling with zero output generation.
Preserved all verse intact across all six records (## Aphorisms, ## Haiku Log, ## Limerick Log) adhering strictly to the poetry boundary.
