FNF-ID-007 Remove template tails from mature care mascots

What changed

Removed redundant template tails (Biography restating classification, Sora Prompts/Presets, Associated Mascots as social networks, Bricky/Kindy filing notes, Goals/Trauma/Quirks) from six mature care mascots whose core failure signatures are already mature:

What was preserved

• Strong classification and authority sections untouched (Classification, Boundary Note, Distinction, Operational Posture, Institutional Habitat, Failure Modes, Recognizable Phrases, Archive Note).
• All verse material untouched per poetry boundary (Aphorisms, Haikus, Limericks).
• Specific historical quirks and core care signatures preserved:
  • 275: Difficult material accurately documented but buried in appendices/rear sections.
  • 278: Care expressed but relief deferred (scheduled check-ins, furnished waiting, reassurance replacing progress).
  • 279: Boundary Note and record mechanics as authority.
  • 281: Countable units of consolation, measured comfort mistaken for spending power/repair.
  • 289: Adequacy achieved through formal declaration, review exhaustion, authoritative summary.
  • 291: Testimony padded, atmospherically softened, translated into safer forms.
