What changed

Removed explicit Sora/image-generation machinery from the early mascot cohort M-0015 through M-0024 (excluding M-0022):

M-0015 Indexer Hexley — Sora prompt sections and preset removed
M-0016 Jay Skript — Sora prompt sections and preset removed
M-0017 Jpegsey Artifactor — Sora prompt sections and preset removed
M-0018 Kafkey Errorhandler — Sora prompt sections and preset removed
M-0019 Kindy McExistentialcrisis — Sora prompt sections and preset removed
M-0020 Maila Delayden — Sora prompt sections and preset removed
M-0021 Markie-D-Down — Sora prompt sections and preset removed
M-0023 Modrewrite Gremblin — Sora prompt sections, preset, and Sora Render Lore removed
M-0024 Moveda Permanently — Sora prompt sections and preset removed

Each removal deleted the ## 🎨 Sora Prompts section, the ## 🧪 Sora Preset section, and the associated preset_... token. The mascots' biographies, addenda, aphorisms, haiku logs, and limerick logs were preserved.

Kafkey exact deduplication

In M-0018, the second identical copies of two aphorism paragraphs (Institutional failure routines rely on the structural integrity… and The ledger records thermal panics with clinical apathy…) were removed. The surviving copies were not rewritten.

Kindy-specific mechanical residue

In M-0019, separate from the generic Sora removal, the following template/scaffolding residue was removed:

Kindy's actual biography, credentials, quotes, collision history, and verse logs were preserved.

What was deliberately left alone

No identity changes, graph repair, doctrine rewriting, prose modernization, or general mascot cleanup.
Historical references inside Kindy's collision history (/707.debug-tests, /ops/999.emergency-bureau) were kept; they are artifact history, not current navigation.
Limerick verse referencing Sora (e.g., Modrewrite Gremblin's "Sora tried to render his face") was kept — it is in-universe verse, not generation machinery.
Sora sections in mascots outside the listed cohort were not touched; this pass is scope-limited by design.
The Render Ritual Notes section in M-0017 is archival fiction about the mascot's behavior, not generation machinery; it was retained.
