What changed

Removed explicit Sora/image-generation machinery from the late mascot cohort M-0421 through M-0431, M-0451, M-0502 through M-0504, and M-0937:

M-0421 Wrong Door Finch — Sora prompt section and preset removed
M-0422 Form Sister Pale — Sora prompt section and preset removed
M-0423 Keyholder Null — Sora prompt section and preset removed
M-0424 The Second Domino — duplicate aphorism removed (no Sora residue present)
M-0425 Dawnstamp — Sora prompt section and preset removed
M-0426 Old Wire Pilgrim — Sora prompt section and preset removed
M-0428 Safekeeping Clause — Sora prompt section and preset removed
M-0429 Queue Matron — no Sora or preset residue present; verified clean
M-0431 Paper Crown — no Sora or preset residue present; verified clean
M-0451 The Quiet Injunction — no Sora or preset residue present; verified clean
M-0502 Bad Gateway Greg — no Sora or preset residue present; verified clean
M-0503 Servicey Unavailabelle — no Sora or preset residue present; verified clean

Each removal deleted the ## 🎨 Sora Prompts block (with its ### Prompt 1 scene/style/text/mood instructions) and the ## 🧪 Sora Preset block with its preset_... identifier (preset_421_wrongdoor, preset_422_formsister, preset_423_keyholder, preset_425_dawnstamp, preset_426_oldwire, preset_428_safekeeping, preset_504_unansweredknock). In M-0937 the numbered generation-instruction list under ### 🎨 Sora Prompts was removed; no preset token existed in that record. In M-0424 the second identical copy of the aphorism beginning "Waited for the first stumble and claimed the rest by sequence…" was removed; the first copy and every surrounding aphorism were preserved.

What was deliberately left alone

No identity changes, graph repair, doctrine rewriting, prose modernization, or general mascot cleanup.
Biographies, roles, slogans, duties, known-failure logs, addenda, aphorisms, haiku logs, limerick logs, and associated-mascot lists were preserved verbatim in all fourteen records.
The ## Image field in M-0503 (servicey-unavailabelle.png) was left in place; it is canonical record structure shared by several mascots, not generation machinery.
The --- divider in M-0937 separating the Glitch Transcript from the removed Sora section was retained; it is structural.
M-0429, M-0431, M-0451, M-0502, and M-0503 carried no Sora prompt/preset sections or preset tokens; they were verified clean and are listed only for completeness.
The trunk Count line in content/changelog.md was left untouched; it is no longer maintained per-record, and a pending change removes it to prevent merge collisions across parallel residue passes.
Sora sections in mascots outside the listed cohort remain in place; this pass is scope-limited by design.
