    What changed

    A surgical editorial pass on lorelog records whose incident mechanism was strong but whose presentation was obscured by doctrine-first framing, mascot-template residue, or explanatory abstraction. Five records were edited; all verse in every touched record is byte-for-byte unchanged.

    • content/lorelog/LLG-0326-DCB.md — removed the "Brickys Filing Notes" template block (Summary/Trauma/Goals/Quirks). Tightened the closing sentence of the incident from doctrine-framed abstraction ("This established an operational state in which…") into direct mechanism language. Failure mechanism preserved: citation normalization update, shared interval, equivalent compliance markers. Concrete evidence preserved: interval, markers, directives, citation fields.
    • content/lorelog/LLG-0329-OIR.md — doctrine-first framing removed. The incident (retention recalibration, elevated unattended-file threshold, ownership failure re-registered as low-maintenance stability) now leads the record. The "Managed Absence / Form Drift Inheritance" and "Absence Migration Trace (AMT)" doctrine sections were condensed into the narrative. Concrete evidence preserved: LCGU/AAOA category remapping, MA-LCGU Porter's custody ("still shelved, still reachable, no longer acknowledged as obligations"), the "for historical reasons" sentences, trace visibility preserved without allocation logic, the continuity-error-amplification classification. Cross-references to LLG-0324-MAP and LLG-0322-FTD retained.
    • content/lorelog/LLG-0322-FTD.md — "Doctrine note:" line removed; the incident paragraphs (partial template updates, filers skipping legacy boxes, reviewers marking files "lightweight", de facto obligation, Kindy tracing shared partials, Policy Harmonization Panel resolution) are unchanged and lead. The six-paragraph "Managed Absence Interpretation Layer" section was condensed to a single procedural note preserving the STCP/AAOA stabilized-absence-artifact token, the correction-only-when-new-obligations rule, and the LLG-0324-MAP reference.
    • content/lorelog/LLG-0325-ORT.md — "Doctrine note:" line removed and its mapping fact folded into the narrative. The three trailing doctrine sections ("Managed Absence Retention Boundary", "Threshold Determination Constraint", "Non-Recoverability Statement") were condensed to two paragraphs preserving the mechanism: three reporting intervals, executive concern signal, non-interpretive archival state, completion of visibility lifecycle, threshold manipulation events recorded as metadata distortion, non-restoration, reconstruction-as-new-construct. References to LLG-0329-OIR and LLG-0324-MAP retained.
    • content/lorelog/LLG-0316-MBR.md — removed the "Brickys Filing Notes" template block (Summary/Trauma/Quirks). Incident prose otherwise untouched: nine-week-old certified snapshot, six newer backups, freshness score from restore success and filename legibility, "latest known valid" reinterpretation, Archive Freshness Board self-esteem guidance.

    What was deliberately left alone

    • content/lorelog/LLG-0403-WBA.md — reviewed and left alone. Its prose is already incident-shaped and concrete (dose times, section numbers, label printer buffer overflow, both study files, deviation report quote, QA rejection, regulatory status). Flagged for deeper review: five stray work-breakdown-structure aphorisms sit under the WBA aphorism heading. They are verse and therefore protected; they remain byte-for-byte untouched here and in the satellite content/aphorisms/APH-LLG-0403-WBA.md.
    • All aphorisms, haikus, and limericks in the five edited records — byte-identical to prior state, verified by diff.
    • No IDs, filenames, parent, status, or tag values were changed in any record.
    • Charter/protocol artifacts preserved inside lorelog (e.g., LLG-0324-MAP, the DOGE/RAGE charter and rubric records) were not touched; that genre boundary was not crossed.
    • Substantive Bricky margin notes in other lorelogs (e.g., LLG-0400-CMA-TSP) were left in place; only template-style Filing Notes blocks (the unheaded Summary/Trauma/Goals/Quirks form) were removed. Filing Notes blocks that carry heading markup (e.g., LLG-0441-TSR, LLG-0430-HBR, LLG-0414-WAD, LLG-0427-RAC, LLG-0422-SCP) are substantive margin content, not template residue, and were likewise left in place.
    • content/lorelog/LLG-0811-EG.md — reviewed; its incident leads and the trailing interpretation sections are redundant but non-obscuring. Left alone this pass.
    • content/lorelog/LLG-0326-DXS.md — carries the same code-fenced Filing Notes template block but is a cross-section dossier rather than a single incident; left for a later pass.
    • The stub / pending-render tag taxonomy was not touched; it is a separate maintenance thread (since retired on main as 0.1.00022.fnf-stub-001). This pass was rebased onto current main after that retirement, so the two edited records that carried those tags now reflect main's tag state.

    • Residue scan: no "Brickys Filing Notes" template blocks remain in LLG-0326-DCB or LLG-0316-MBR; no "Doctrine note:" lines remain in LLG-0329-OIR, LLG-0322-FTD, or LLG-0325-ORT.
    • No external links target any removed heading slug; no frontmatter changes in any edited record.

    Unresolved follow-up

    • The stray work-breakdown-structure aphorisms in LLG-0403-WBA (lorelog and satellite) are protected verse but appear to be appended residue; adjudicating their disposition needs a verse-handling decision outside this pass.
    • Other template-style Filing Notes blocks remain across the lorelog collection (e.g., LLG-0326-DXS, LLG-0244-FSC, LLG-0320-FRK, LLG-0317-RLS, LLG-0318-SRO, LLG-0302-CNTR, LLG-0230-HYG, LLG-0327-AVA, LLG-0300-SC-X, LLG-08xx-EPS) and may warrant the same treatment in a later pass.
    • content/lorelog/LLG-0811-EG.md retains trailing interpretation sections that could be condensed if a later pass widens scope.
