Reviewed cases included extended dwell time and repeated viewing reducing the engagement signal; the scoring layer did not distinguish rereading from inactivity. Keystroke rhythm and pause patterns become a behavioral signature, and the student learns to perform for it: maintained eye contact, zero tab switches, steady keystrokes, forum posts on schedule.
Distinction
