    • [ ] emoji_url: valid OpenMoji SVG
    • [ ] Visible fallback Markdown

  • [ ] Confirm emoji usage is unique per mascot

    • [ ] Run 610 Rule™ deduplication scan
    • [ ] Generate emoji-reuse-report.md

🟨 RENDER CONSISTENCY

  • [ ] Test emoji rendering inline across:

    • Markdown
    • HTML preview
    • JSON export

  • [ ] Include alt text for all emoji usages

🟧 OVERSIGHT REPORTING

  • [ ] Publish audit log to /ops/checklist-audit-log.md
  • [ ] Compare emoji-to-tag alignment for narrative parity
  • [ ] Flag any emoji with deprecated or ambiguous tone

Violation of the 610 Rule is grounds for mascot decommission.
