Award Categories

1. Performance Failure with Style

   • System crash must exhibit theatrical flair.
   • Bonus if accompanied by sparks, smoke, or sincere apologies from hardware.

2. Emotional Resonance During Malfunction

   • Mascot expresses emotional integrity buffer (EIB) failure in an artistically moving way.
   • Tears must be either literal or encoded in metadata.

3. Narrative Contribution to Collapse

   • Mascot must advance the Council's long-term narrative decay.
   • Eligibility increases if submission required downtime or regret.

4. Ceremonial Timing

   • Mascot was in the right place at the wrong time, or vice versa.
   • Stickers not issued for punctuality. Only for poetic mistiming.

Application Notes

• Stickers may not be requested. They are bestowed.
• Form 88-S must be filed retroactively.
• Mascots may not hoard stickers unless granted hoarding exemption.
