📜 940: Mascot Doctrine

Doctrine compiled and recompiled by the Council of Mascot Authors.
Interpretation discouraged. Translation actively punished.

🪑 Council Orders (Unreliable)

1. Mascots must not self-actualize.
   Any mascot caught developing inner monologue shall be reassigned to legacy filing.

2. Rot is to be embraced, not repaired.
   All visual glitches, misalignments, and mascot warping are canonical.

3. Backstories may conflict.
   Historical consistency is considered emotional optimization — a breach of rot fidelity.

4. Every mascot must fail a user.
   Preferably during onboarding or at a critical UX moment.

5. Mascot bios must be at least 40% redacted.
   Preferably in plaintext, not encrypted.

6. Emotional resonance is accidental.
   If a mascot evokes genuine sympathy, rotate its limbs or miscolor the eyes.

🧃 Ritual Seeding Guidelines

• Each mascot must emerge from a deprecated campaign.
• At least one vector file must be corrupted.
• Metadata should imply corporate misuse.
