🗂️ 931: Mascot Routing Guidelines

This file describes how mascots are to be routed, reviewed, and rotated through the Filed & Forgotten ecosystem.
These policies are enforced by Bricky Goldbricksworth, the Bureaucratic Custodian of Collapse.

🔀 Routing Logic

• Every mascot has:

  • A item.md core bio
  • An addendum.md for commentary, link rot, peer review, and fallout

• New mascots must first pass through /mascots-candidates/ or /image-lab/

• If a page is under mascot review, it will be stamped with:

  ⚠️ REVIEW IN PROGRESS — MASCOT THREAD ACTIVE

🧍 Commentary Pipeline

1. Mascots may comment on any filed page via the addendum.md
2. Mascot avatars must be OpenMoji
3. Comments may contradict previous filings
4. Multiple mascots may review the same file. This is encouraged.

🧾 Bricky's Role

• Collects and evaluates mascot comments
• Decides which (if any) enter page canon
• May redact commentary mid-thread
• Files unresolved loops to /ops/999.circular-reviews/

📎 Metadata Requirements

Each comment in an addendum.md should contain:

• OpenMoji avatar
• Name of mascot
• Role (imagined or assigned)
• Commentary
• Optional links or references
