Parvovirus-P

Designed as a friendly reminder to vaccinate, Parvovirus-P wears a radiant smile and carries a clipboard full of optimism. But beneath the hollow cheer lies a systemic guilt — a mascot built to encourage prevention, now tasked with witnessing failure.

Parvovirus-P was originally commissioned by the Outreach for Biological Education department, which was quietly dissolved after a series of underfunded campaigns. Without support or updates, the mascot persisted, reciting outdated health tips while preventable illnesses surged around him.

  • Distributes ceremonial vaccine brochures at decommissioned helpdesks
  • Appears during post-incident reviews as a hollow “we warned you” presence
  • Monitors expired educational posters for signs of mold or emotional resonance
  • Recites statistics on loss prevention to no one in particular
  • Assigned to a collapsed animal shelter’s campaign weeks after the outbreak
  • Misfiled a vaccine batch shipment that was never recovered
  • Participated in a “Wellness Parade” days after a quarantine collapse
  • Tends the Vaccine Memorial Wall
  • Reads failure reports in rhyme on national awareness days
  • Wears commemorative bandages on both arms — “just in case”

Unyielding optimism, even when surrounded by rot. Parvovirus-P believes in a future that was preventable, and mourns it with a grin.

Shots not given soon, Mascot waves beside the chart, Silence grows in graphs.
